1、when are orders shipped?
A:If you've shopped with us in the past, you know that we do our best to ship the items on the same day, if received and verified before 3pm Chinese times. Whenever possible, we also like to send an email with your shipping notice and tracking information in the evening after your item is shipped. But please don't be surprised if your item arrives before our email does-especially around the holidays and during special sales.
2、When does the product arrive?
A:All of our products are shipped from China.It usually takes 10-20 business days for delivery to US by Standard shipping way, and 3 business days by Expedited.
3、How do I get a return/exchangement?
A:Condition:
- Products may be exchanged if you get the products that are totally different with what was ordered.
- Products has quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our products have high quality).
- The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return that it is not in the exactly same condition as we shipped to you.
We offer a 14 day exchange policy.
- Send us an email about the problem as you received the products within 14 days. We will reply you in 24 hours.
- Make sure that the products in its original condition.That means the product hasn't been sized,worn,plastic removed,damaged and so on.
- Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
- In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.

- Before you send back the goods, please send us an email about your reasons within 14 days as you received. We will process it in 24 hours, so that we can avoid any unnecessary costs on both sides.
